My husband and I watched the Oscar pre-shows, post-shows and even the main show itself. I had this feeling that something was missing. Usually we are so excited to watch the dresses but something was just not right.
This morning I figured it out, we were missing Mr. Ebert and his repartee with the actors. That genuine feeling of respect between the reviewer and the filmmakers was absent.
We wish Mr. Ebert well, and hope he knows how much he is missed.
