Actually Roger, the title is the funny way people who live in Schnectady, New York (where the first part of the movie is set) say the name of our city. It’s an inside joke for Schnectadians. And, it’s pronounced: SY(as in Sid)-NECK-DOH-SHEA.
What does it mean? Nothing. It’s just the goofy way some folks – the arts crowd, radio DJs, etc. in the city enjoy saying the name of their city. Sort of like Chi-Town.
