Homophobia de la Cruise

From: Steven Delpome, North Arlington, NJ

How about we start calling this Tom Cruise "Trapped in the Closet" controversy what it really is: homophobia on his part. For years, whenever any tabloid has made any kind of suggestion that Tom Cruise might be gay, he has reacted with overwhelming force. Does he have the right to react? Of course. However these have always been the types of stories most celebs in his position ignore and let die -- there have certainlybeen other stories about him that he's ignored and let die. However once the subject of homosexuality comes up, Cruise becomes the great crusader for individual rights...HIS OWN individual rights that is.

Perhaps someone should find out Scientology's stance on homosexuality and see where Cruise's motivations actually lie, because this feels more like
Cruise reacting to the episode's repeated suggestion that he should "come
out of the closet," than to anything Scientology-related.
